Ruhig, grün und angenehm

Eine sehr nette, ruhige Wohnung, mit guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln in unmittelbarer Nähe. Nur 15 Minuten zur Innenstadt. Besitzer war sehr hilfreich und stand immer zur Verfügung. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

Stilvolle Wohnung mit sehr guter Ausstattung

Die Wohnung lässt eigentlich keine Wünsche offen. Modern und liebevoll eingerichtet, großzügiger Wohnraum, gute Matratzen und ein schönes Bad mit separatem WC. Arbeiten muss der Vermieter an der Sauberkeit - insbesondere in der Küche. Eine vor drei Monaten abgelaufene Milch im Kühlschrank macht sich nicht gut. Der Fernseher im Schlafzimmer lief nicht, im Wohnzimmer nur 5 lokale Sender empfangbar. Die Terrasse im Innenhof ist groß aber von allen Wohnungen einsehbar. Ein Schirm oder eine Markise könnte eine lohnende Investition sein. Durch U und S-Bahn Stationen in der Nähe gute Erreichbarkeit. Der Bezirk selbst ist Geschmackssache.

Ideal Location

The photos and description match the apartment. Our style of travel is to spend as much time as possible visiting and immersing ourselves in the area we are staying. After a day of sightseeing in Vienna it was nice to know that the apartment was a good place to stay. Getting the keys was easy as was returning them when we left. Creature comforts worked well (A/C, hotwater, appliances, etc.). Neighbourhood was nice, U-Bahn very close, building was quiet/ good for sleeping. To walk to the Ring took approximately 30 minutes. There were no surprises. We would definitely stay again.

schönes Apartment

Waren rundum zufrieden, alles war so wie es auf den Fotos abgebildet ist. sehr sauber ,sehr ruhige Lage alles war wie uns scheinte mit Liebe eingerichtet. Wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder. Ach, die U Bahn gleich um die Ecke gute Verbindungen zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten. einfach toll!!!

Un très bel appartement!

Nous avons passés un excellent séjour pendant une semaine dans cet appartement. C'est appartement en rez de jardin jouit d'une terrasse ensoleillée, la décoration intérieure est somptueuse , et les équipements de grande qualité. L'appartement se trouve à 30 secondes de la bouche de métro, et le supermarché et à 100 mètres. Le seul bémol est l’accueil expéditif, qui se résume à une simple remise de clé, aucune explication sur le quartier (métro,supermarché,restaurant) Je conseille vivement cette location. Alexandre
