SEACREST 102 is the perfect THREE bedroom, THREE bath 2100 SQ. FT. oceanfront ground floor condominium home. SEACREST 102 is kept in PRISTINE CONDITION (PLEASE READ REVIEWS) Every luxurious appointment is included and is of the highest quality! Amazing floorplan. Romantic Master Suite with floor to ceiling glass doors that open to oceanfront lanai--It is truly a SUITE--totally private from other bedrooms. ALL BEDROOMS HAVE PRIVATE BATH.

Indulgently spacious and steeped in elegant comfort SEACREST 102 is located in an exclusive 7 unit condominium in Vilano Beach, less than a mile from downtown historic St. Augustine. The home offers over 2100 square feet inside with an additional 400 square feet of private oceanfront lanai. NO STICKY CARPET--CONDO HAS BEAUTIFUL WOOD FLOORS IN BEDROOMS AND CERAMIC TILE EVERYWHERE ELSE.

The spacious living area has been professionally decorated and is furnished with buttery leather sofas and soft comfortable chairs overlooking the turquoise blue ocean. The large kitchen boasts upscale amenities including granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and tons of storage! The lovely cherry dining table seats six, with room for 4 more at the breakfast bar. Whether you are relaxing, dining, or preparing meals, you can enjoy the ocean views through huge sliding doors. Outside, a 33 foot long covered patio is equipped with a dining table, several chairs, a double lounger, and an electric grill.

The ocean front master suite is pure comfort and elegance, and sleeping to the sounds of the sea is delightful. A queen four poster bed, lounge chair, lots of storage, and walk in closet complete the room. The attached master bath offers a large soaking tub, separate shower, double vanity, and top quality fixtures.

The second bedroom contains a queen bed, lounge chair, large closet and a private bath. The third bedroom has two charming twin beds and opens onto a hall bath.

There are so many things to do and so much beauty and serenity at SEACREST 102, you may never want to leave! Vilano Beach is wonderful: wide, sandy, and quiet. It is well known for excellent shelling and surfing, as well as walking, enjoying dolphins, and splashing in tidal pools.

Quaint and historic St. Augustine is just a 5 minute drive! There you will find an array of antique shops, many attractions such as the world famous Alligator Farm, Ghost Tours, a charming walking street, art galleries, boutiques, and more.

For golfers, you have come to the right place! We have more than a dozen public golf courses within a 20 minute drive! You will love the World Golf Village with its two famous courses! .

If water sports are your thing, you will find it here! You can surf fish right in back of Seacrest 102! Chartered deep sea fishing, fresh water fishing and other fishing opportunities are within a mile. For those of you who want to be IN the water, try para sailing, surfing, jet skiing and similar activities ...they are all available within a 3 minute drive.

About Charlene Cunard

I chose this condominium home because it is the perfect place for me to relax and only 40 minutes from my permanent home. It is 1/2 mile from a recreation park, a town center with grocery store, shops and restuarants and a 3 minute drive to downtown St. Augustine where I enjoy the historical areas, quaint restuarants, antiquing, and wonderful boutiques. The concrete and steel building was under construction (by one of the best builders in the Southeast) and I did not have to remodel, but just decorate from scratch. I wanted the first floor home so I (and my grandchildren) could walk right out to the ocean and not have to use an elevator, yet have the wonderful ocean views and sounds most all rooms.

Why Charlene Cunard chose St. Augustine Area

This property was very appealing to me because of the serenity yet convenience to everything. While it is a condo, it feels like a single family home. There are only 7 units in building and all owner occupied except for 2 units that are rented (mine being one of the two). VERY QUIET. Great, wide, sandy beach. My family and I vacationed in this area for many years before we were able to purchase the perfect place for us.

What makes this condo unique

Having been in real estate sales for many years, I was very impressed with floor plan and construction of this building. It is so quiet, you don't know you have neighbors. The minute I walk through the double entry doors, I am in a haven with incredible views.

We love staying here. It is always like home to us. The condo is beautiful, clean, easy access to the ocean, and close to shopping, restaurants etc. We are already talking about next year.

What a great place!!

Very clean with ocean views. The patio is the place to be. Check out Cap's on the water for very good food. We recommend this property and area!!

GREAT home away from home with the beach at our feet. Nice having the grocery store just down the street. Be sure to try the Kingfisher for a great meal. Home was very clean and maintained,would recommend to all.The Seratt's from AR _ 6/12-19/16

A beautiful place to stay.

This unit more than lived up to its advertising. It has been well taken care of and is very nicely furnished. Best of all it was quiet and peaceful and the ocean view is wonderful. The owner was more than helpful with any questions I had and always provided prompt answers to my questions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would have no problems with renting this unit again.

Perfect for my family

What a gorgeous property! And the location could not have been more convenient. My husband and 3 children stayed last week and were more than pleased. We were located on the ground floor of the building, and we had a huge patio to ourselves overlooking the ocean. And when we needed food or supplies, we could walk right along the beach to the Publix shopping center.
