This beautiful vacation home is located in Limeuil, one of the most beautiful villages in France in the heart of the Périgord Noir. It is an apartment on 2 levels with a large terrace. In the surrounding area you will find some beautiful villages such as Monpazier, Beaumont, Cadouin, Belves, Beynac, La Roque Gageac and Domme. The Dordogne River is nearby (canoeing, kayaking, rafting and fishing). Limeuil offers you an idyllic natural setting and the old medieval center opens its doors to present you an exceptional architectural heritage such as the Saint Martin Chapel. The panoramic gardens will enchant the curious and nature lovers. In the surrounding area, do not miss the beautiful Bastide de Monpazier and that of Domme with its golden stones. The beautiful neighboring villages of Beaumont, Cadouin or La Roque-Gageac will captivate you. Also worth seeing is the magnificent town of Sarlat, whose medieval ensemble is one of the most beautiful in Europe. The caves of Rouffignac and Maxange will take you to another world. To recover from your experiences, there is nothing better than a good meal with local culinary specialties. Gourmets can indulge their palates: Foie gras, cheeses, fine wines - you are spoiled for choice! For sports enthusiasts, there is no shortage of activities: canoeing, kayaking, horseback riding. Golfers can practice their swing on one of the excellent golf courses in the region, for example the very British La Forge golf course (12 km). In this magnificent vacation home with swimming pool you can fully enjoy the charm of the Dordogne. It is an ideal place for a quiet stay in the countryside. The communal swimming pool, open from June to the end of August depending on the weather, is located at 1100 m altitude on the same grounds.

Gîte à eviter

Tout est à nettoyer, aspirer, shampooiner... Moquettes, tapis, rideaux, literies. Vacances dans la poussière, les toiles d'araignées et les acariens... Tout est vieillot et pas de micro ondes. Certaines marches des escaliers sont cassées et le séchoir est tout rouillé. On a l'impression qu'on est chez une personne âgée qui vient de décéder.
