Spend your vacation or a long weekend in my cozy holiday home in the Willingen Upland holiday region.

The house is idyllically situated in a quiet forest location on a plot of approx. 2000 sqm. It is the ideal place for excessive leisure time, but also the starting point for excursions, hiking and mountain bike tours in the beautiful landscape of the Sauerland.
In addition, city tours to Marburg (90km, 1.5 hours) or Kassel (79km, 1.1 / 4 hours) are also recommended.

Otherwise, enjoy the wonderfully unobstructed view from the windows bwz. from the terrace / balcony and treat yourself to a sauna every now and then, which is an unforgettable experience, especially on snowy winter days.

The house is equipped for a maximum of 4 people and offers on 90 square meters:

1 living room, 1 kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, central heating, free WiFi.
The house is a non-smoking house. Pets are not allowed. Parking is in front of the house.

Wunderschönes Häuschen in intakter Natur

Mein Mann und ich haben ein paar wunderbare Tage in dem sehr gemütlich eingerichteten, großzügigen Ferienhaus verbracht. Wir konnten hier wirklich richtig gut abschalten. Sowohl draußen als auch drinnen. Alle Räume sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Küche ist gut und zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Vom großen Balkon im Obergeschoss hat man einen ganz tollen Blick in die Weite. Und direkt vor der eigenen Haustür geht es sofort in den Wald. Die Nächte waren sehr ruhig und wunderbar still. Wirklich ein Ort der Erholung. Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder.

Sehr ruhig und schöne Natur in der Umgebung. Das Haus ist alt und muss sorgfältig gereinigt werden. Bettzeug auch waschen. Die Sauna ist einfach klasse. Danke.

Aufenthalt war leider eine Enttäuschung

Wir hatten 4 Tage gebucht, sind aber nach der ersten Nacht sofort wieder abgereist. Die Sauberkeit des Objekts war für uns nicht ok. Leider können wir dieser Bewertung keine Bilder hinzufügen. Die Kommunikation mit Dr. B. war nach der Ankunft gut. Er bat uns darum, am nächsten Tag auf den Reinigungsdienst zu warten. Wir sind aber in der Frühe losgefahren, da wir der Meinung waren, dass die Mängelbeseitigung wohl mehr als nur ein paar Stunden in Anspruch genommen hätte. Dann erhielten wir von ihm diese unverschämte Email: Hallo Frau S. leider haben Sie den vereinbarten Ortstermin mit dem Reinigungsdienst nicht wahrgenommen. Dessen Votum war eindeutig, und das deckt sich auch mit den Bildern. Ihre Reklamation ist konstruiert und an den Haaren herbeigezogen. Ein Haus im Wald und auch Häuser außerhalb des Waldes haben Spinnweben. Wenn man die heute entfernt, sind sie morgen eventuell schon wieder da. Deshalb sind die gesamten Outdoorbilder, auch die zwei Minifleckchen auf den Oberbetten, im Prinzip Beweis dafür, dass sie ein Nichts aufblasen, um sich vor Ihren vertraglichen Verpflichtungen zu drücken. Ich vermiete seit sechs Jahren, habe eine überdurchschnittlich hohe und gute Bewertungszahl und reichlich Stammgäste. Sie waren übrigens auch die ersten Gäste, die meine Nachbarn wegen Ihres Geräuschpegels erbost haben und und und. Wenn Sie kurzfristig andere Wochenendverpflichtungen hatten und deshalb die Reise nicht antreten konnten, dann ist und war das Ihr Problem.
