Enjoy this view from your private decks. Access the decks through sliding doors from the kitchen, living room and master bedroom. Large dock, cabana, and boat dock (20' boat max). Sleeps 10 people. First floor offers a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room with a fireplace. There is a screened porch off the dining area. This floor also offers a master bedroom with queen size bed plus private bath with a tub.

Two bedrooms on the second floor offer 2 twin beds in each room. There is also a full bath on this level

There is a walk-out lower level with a bedroom with 2 twin bunk beds (4 beds), a full bath, and large mud room/laundry room. This level also offers a family room with TV and sliders to the patio.

Fabulous location and waterfront…great for adults and young children

Family get together. We were able to rent a boat and keep it at the dock. Perfect spot to pull our kayaks out. Sunapee is magical.

Terrific

Beautiful, clean, spacious, well laid out floor plan that allows all family members to join together. The deck on the water is huge with a picnic table which we took advantage of for lunch and dinner off of the barbeque grill. Ping pong house right on the deck for some extra fun with the kids. Boat dock with plenty of depth without worry. The family loved this place and would highly recommend for anybody looking for a great neighborhood, beautiful house and awesome dock with ease of use for boating.
