Bright and sunny 2 1/2 room apartment in a very quiet residential area on the western outskirts of Scuol. Spacious, partly covered south-west terrace (28m2) with Swiss pine slatted frame and fantastic panoramic view of the Lower Engadine Dolomites. Only approx. 10 minutes on foot to the center of Scuol and a few steps to the local and ski bus stop.

Large, bright living room with couch bed for the 3rd & 4th Person. Spacious double bedroom with double bed (2 mattresses). Shower / toilet / sink + sep. Toilet / sink. Fully equipped kitchen with sideboard. The new kitchen has a dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee machine. The two sanitary rooms have also been completely renovated (bathroom with rain shower). Flat screen TV with Swisscom reception, free WiFi and V. M.

The prices include:
- Bed linen (the beds are made according to the number of people)

- 1 reserved garage space in the garage
