Nice house for sole use in a central and sunny residential area directly on the quarter street "Pütvia" in Scuol. Only about 300m to the center and a few steps to the stop of the local & ski bus. 1 garage box belongs to the house, in addition you can park in front of the house entrance.

The beautifully furnished rooms, the bathtub with whirl function and the light-flooded rooms with very large windows characterize this property. On the ground floor: entrance area with cloakroom, living room with access to the large garden seating area (approx. 25m2), spacious kitchen with dishwasher and microwave oven, shower / toilet / sink. Geräumiges und helles Ferienhaus mit hervorragend ausgestatteter Küche. Nur Gewürze etc. müssen selber mitgebracht werden. Skis können draussen in Kästen deponiert werden, die Schuhe in einem Abstellraum neben dem Eingang, wo auch feuchte Skikleidung aufgehängt werden kann. Haltestellen des Skibusses sind ganz in der Nähe und das Zentrum von Scuol ist zu Fuss erreichbar.
