About this property

Nice apartment in a sunny and quiet residential area on the eastern outskirts of Sent, only about 7 minutes walk from the village center. From the south-facing balcony (approx. 6 m2) and an additional garden seating area (approx. 10 m2) you can enjoy a wonderful panoramic view of Sent and the Lower Engadine Dolomites. A free reserved parking space is available in the underground garage during your stay.

The apartment is on the 2nd Upper floor (passenger lift from the parking garage) and has a tasteful Swiss pine kitchen with dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine, Bodum coffee pot and chrome steel espresso maker. The bright living room with access to the south-facing balcony has a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi access. The rather small bedroom leads to the garden seating area. Bathroom with shower / toilet / sink.

Sent is about 3 km from Scuol. In winter you can reach the ski area "Scuol-Motta-Naluns" with the free ski bus. The 10 km long dream slope leads from the ski area to the northern outskirts of Sent and, due to artificial snow, can be used until Easter.
