Very nice house with 3 apartments in a sunny residential area, above the bypass of Scuol. Only about a 10-minute walk into the center and a few steps from the local and ski bus stop. Reserved parking space in front of the house.

Modern, newly furnished in the "Alpenschick style" in spring 2018 - 2 1/2-room apartment with a spacious, bright living room. Large south-west balcony (approx.15m2) with a sensational panoramic view of the Lower Engadine mountains. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Large double bedroom to the north. Bathroom with bathtub (with integrated shower cubicle), toilet, wash basin. Flat TV with Swisscom reception, Nespresso coffee machine, free WiFi and V. M.

The prices include:
