About this property

Very nice, smaller row family house on the top mountain location with a wonderful panoramic view of the Lower Engadine Dolomites. Garden with a large, furnished terrace (approx. 30m2). 15 minutes to the valley station of the mountain railways - accessible on skis directly from the slopes. Own garage and ski / bike room with ski boot warmer.

Interior: Tastefully furnished house with 2 master bedrooms, one of them on the 1st Upper floor, one in the basement (with additional pull-out bed, thus 4-bed room). A children's room with 2 single beds. 2 very luxurious bathrooms with hair dryer, one with rain shower, one with whirlpool. Modern, rather small, kitchen with dishwasher. Living room with fireplace (open fireplace) and flat screen TV. Nespresso coffee machine, free WiFi.
