About this property

Palmasol: quiet, central, idyllic garden, pool, children, long-term tenants

Our feel-good apartment consists of the main room with a double bed and seating area, a spacious modern bathroom with toilet, comfortable shower and glass vanity, and a modern kitchen with a large bunk bed. The apartment is connected to a large covered terrace with a cozy seating and dining area with a view of an idyllic garden with a garden pond and watercourse - rest and relaxation. The spacious garden offers plenty of freedom of movement for children: play area with a large swing and megatrampoline, a water slide at the solar-heated pool. Our finca is characterized by a fantastic view of the sea and mountains and has the variety of plants and flowers typical of the island. Our apartment is attached to our house. For guests who also like to contact, very suitable for families with children and also for seniors. We are a German family with 2 children (15 and 19 years), speaking German, Spanish and English, and we look forward to your visit.

Sin intimidad. Pésimo
Primer lugar sin microondas, cosa que es imprescindible en cualquier casa y más con bebé para calentar comidas. Se lo comentamos a los dueños y ni caso. La limpieza cobran en la agencia 45 euros y ni limpiaron ni una vez en 16 días. Ni un cambio de sábanas ni fregaron. Te dejan aspiradora para que lo hagas tú. Baño está pegado a zona tendedero y los propietarios tendían justo enfrente, cosa que tenías cerrar ventana porque te veían . Luego ellos viven arriba , la casa está debajo y todas mañanas bajaban por tu zona ya que había dos escaleras y no bajaban por la suya. Era incómodo ver como en el desayuno y ellos tanto propietarios como sus hijos era todo día sube y baja. Uno de los hijos tenía cuarto pegado al apartamento con ventana para mosquitera y se oye todo y te oyen a tí. Vamos no tenían consideración. Ya que es incómodo verlo ordenador y tú queriendo estar solo a tu rollo ya que para eso pagas. La piscina muy bien , lo malo es que está pegada a su casa de arriba, así que íntima nada de nada, ya que entraban y salían todo rato de la casa. Jardín bien, columpios oxidados y colchoneta rota sin poder dar uso. Y ya el colmo , cuando te ibas dar paseo zona o alrededores las amigas o no sé de los hijos con fiestas piscina . Aparte no dejan hacer reunión familiar , no puedes traer nadie conocido porque les parece mal. En fin , NO RECOMIENDO éste apartamento. Estancia muy mal. Concepto alquiler de casa rural deja mucho que desear , si NO quieres privacidad ésta es tu casa.

Absolute Empfehlung
Wir waren mit unseren Kindern (6 und 3 J.) in der Fewo und hatten eine tolle Zeit dort! Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, der Garten wunderschön und die beiden Gastgeber sind an Herzlichkeit wirklich nicht zu übertreffen :-) Herbert hat uns sogar vom Fährhafen abgeholt, weil wir zuerst keinen Mietwagen hatten. Ein Mietwagen ist allerdings unserer Meinung nach unbedingt nötig vom Ausgangspunkt der Wohnung aus. Unsere Kids liebten den Pool, die Schaukel und das Trampolin und durften auch öfter mal im Garten Früchte ernten. In der Wohnung war alles vorhanden, was wir zur Selbstversorgung brauchten. Und wir wurden regelmäßig mit Ausflugstipps versorgt. Danke nochmal für alles, ihr beiden!

Toller Garten mit Aussicht!
Schöne Inselkulisse von der Terasse aus. Der Garten als Oase dazu und der Pool für die gute Erfrischung zwischendurch. Immer gute Ausflugstipps von den Vermietern dazu. Rundum gute Urlaubsbedingungen!

Ferienidylle abseits des Pausschaltourismus
Ich verbrachte 2 Wochen mit meiner Ehefrau in der ruhigen und sehr gut ausgestatteten Wohnung, die in einem wunderschön angelegten Garten liegt und einen Blick auf das Meer und die Berge hat. Die herzlichen Vermieter Uschi und Herbert sind absolut zugewandt und versorgen einen mit Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants . Aus meiner Sicht ein idealer Ausgangspunkt um die Insel zu erkunden.
