This well-kept and inviting apartment building in Neuschönberg is located close to the famous Baltic Sea beaches "Brazil" and "California". On the three floors of the house there are cozy apartments and amenities that will make your vacation a successful experience.

This beautiful vacation apartment is located on the first floor of the house and will impress you and your loved ones as soon as you enter. The cozy furnishings invite you to linger and relax when you return after long days at the beach or active days in the region. The terrace with access to the shared garden invites you to sunbathe in the summer months, eat your favorite meals here or simply read a good book. You can also use the utility room.

The fantastic Schönberg beach with its 250 m long pier and the many pretty restaurants and fish restaurants along the beach promenade is only a few minutes away by bike. From here, excursion boats leave for Kiel, Strande or fishing trips, where you will get your money's worth as an angler.
The beaches of the neighboring districts of Brazil and California are also within easy reach. In the summer season, the municipality provides an hourly bus service to the beaches, so that you can get to the Baltic Sea quickly and comfortably without any parking problems.
Here in the Probstei vacation region, cyclists get their money's worth on the numerous, well-signposted cycle routes. The backdrop is particularly colorful during the rape blossom season. The shopping city of Kiel and the exciting Hansapark are also not far away - excursions here guarantee a varied vacation, even if it's not beach weather.

Einfache 2-Zi-Wohnung in Strandnähe

Die Anlage besteht aus 3 nebeneinander gelegenen Häusern. Die Wohnungen sind einfach und zweckmäßig möbliert. Bodenbelag Laminat bzw. Fliesen. Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung war insgesamt in Ordnung, jedoch würde ich das Mitnehmen eigener Bettdecken und Kissen empfehlen, da die in der Wohnung vorhandenen Federbetten und Federkissen vermutlich schon länger nicht mehr gereinigt wurden. Auch Hausschuhe sind empfehlenswert, da der Bodenbelag eher kalt ist. Die kleine Terrasse ist mit einfachen Kunststoffmöbeln ausgestattet sowie einem kleinen Wäscheständer und einem kleinen Grill, den wir allerdings nicht benutzt haben, weil er wegen des verschmutzten Grillrosts nicht besonders einladend aussah. Übernahme und Übergabe der Wohnung waren unkompliziert und ein Ansprechpartner für Fragen war telefonisch und vor Ort erreichbar. Zum Schönberger Strand ist es mit kleinen Kindern zu weit zum Laufen, mit dem Fahrrad sollte er aber auch ohne Auto bequem erreichbar sein.
