Renovated, quiet and sunny apartment on the 1st floor with balcony. This is also the fastest way to book. The comfortable living area has a dining area and is equipped with a sofa set. When unfolded, it can also be converted into a bed. The 40 inch flat screen TV and the Blu-Ray player invite you to linger and relax. For the children there is a Playstation 2 with children's games and various books. WiFi is also available. The dining table offers enough space for 4 people.
On the furnished balcony you can enjoy your breakfast in the sunshine in the morning and start your eventful day so well. The balcony is covered so that you can also enjoy the Baltic Sea air in case it should rain.
The bedroom has a double bed and a wardrobe.
The bright bathroom is equipped with a glass shower, a sink with storage space and a toilet.
The closed fitted kitchen contains a stove with integrated oven, a microwave, a washing machine and a fridge with freezer compartment. Self-caterers will feel comfortable here and will find everything they need to cook.
The storage room offers space for suitcases and is suitable for drying towels.
A beach chair is available for free from April to October, depending on the weather, on the beautiful wide beach.
The 2 bicycles are also available free of charge. With them you can explore the beautiful surroundings from the cliffs to the marina.

Bewertung "große Perle" Boltenhagen

Wunderschönes Haus, exakt so wie auf den Bildern, nicht verwohnt oder veraltet, liebevoll, mit sehr viel Herz und Geschmack eingerichtet. Und es war sooo unglaublich sauber (ich bin sehr pingelig 😉) - ich hätte glatt vom Boden essen können. Geschirr, Kühlschrank, Backofen, Böden, Bad, WC!, Betten - alles wie neu! Mein Desinfektionsspray habe ich in der Tasche gelassen und dass passiert äußerst selten😆... Sehr ruhig am Rande des Dorfes gelegen - hinter dem Haus Natur und Stille pur. Die Vögel zwittschern tags, das Käutzchen heult nachts - einfach wundervoll entspannend! Kurzer Weg zum Strand, alles Wichtige fussläufig gut zu erreichen. Habe das Auto die ganze Woche nicht genutzt. Eine sehr nette, zuvorkommende Vermieterin mit großem Herz - liebe Frau R. - vielen Dank nochmals für alles!!! Ich komme wieder😚. Eine wundervolle Auszeit🤗! Sehr empfehlenswert - fünf Sterne!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Tolle kleine Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist echt gut geschnitten und bietet viel Raum. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll und wie neu. Gerne werden wir wieder dort einen Urlaub verbringen. Auch in der kalten Jahreszeit zu empfehlen!

Schöner Sommerurlaub an der Ostsee

Wir haben eine einwöchigen Urlaub in dieser schönen Ferienwohnung verbringen dürfen.Sie war sauber und gepflegt, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Strandnähe war sehr angenehm. Besonders gefallen haben uns die zugehörigen Fahrräder und der für unds reservierte Strandkorb, beides haben wir ausgiebig genutzt!
