Location, location, location!
Our newly renovated, spacious and bright 3-room comfort apartment with a sunny private balcony is located in the preferred residential area of the popular district of Ording, in the first row and in close proximity to the dream beach. Here you can smell and taste the sea!
The apparently infinite Ordinger beach (the only real bathing beach in SPO, also called the 'largest sandpit' in Germany) is easily accessible on foot from our domicile via the dike.

The center of St. Peter-Bad with all tourist infrastructure incl. Restaurant Gosch, the promenade, new wellness dune thermal baths, pier and stilt houses are only a short walk away. Restaurants, shops, bakeries, bike rental, bus, adventure playground - all on foot ...!

Special service for us guests: a so-called "seasonal beach chair" is available free of charge exclusively for our tenants at the Pfahlbau Strandbar 54 ° Nord - directly on the popular Ordinger sandy beach!

12 km long and up to 2 km wide - fine-grained, white sand as far as the eye can see - there is no more beach anywhere!

Die Vermietung war sehr einfach, und die FeWo liegt wirklich in bester Lage in SPO. Besonders hat uns die prompte Beantwortung unserer Fragen und Wünsche gefallen. Die FeWo ist komplett ausgestattet und sehr bequem.

Toll ausgestattete, gemütliche Wohnung in guter Lage.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie ist bestens ausgestattet und befindet sich in schöner Lage direkt am Deich. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war nett und unkompliziert. Absolute Empfehlung von uns!

+ Größe der Wohnung + liebevolle maritime Deko + Stauraum + Ausstattung Küche + Fewo selbst sauber + trotz Nähe zur Straße ruhig zum Schlafen - Handtücher waren Vorort wie abgezählt, wir haben aber auf Nachfrage weitere erhalten. - Wir fanden 16 Uhr als Check-In Zeit sehr spät. Im Gegenzug hätten wir uns dann wenigstens gewünscht, dass die Check-Out Zeit erst bei 11 Uhr statt 10 Uhr liegt. - Die Fewo weißt an Betten und Türrahmen schon einige Gebrauchsspuren auf in Form von Kratzern. - Tiefgaragenstellplatz etwas abenteuerlich mit Drehscheibe und Lift und der Rangiermöglichkeit, aber machbar. Definitiv sollte aber in der Tiefgarage mal gefegt werden und die Fensteröffnung gereinigt werden. Daneben möchte man kein Auto stellen! - Der Eingang zum Haus ist übersäht mit den Hinterlassenschaften der Vögel.
