In a great location on Lake Maggiore, the beautiful apartment (built 2012) offers everything your heart desires. Large terrace overlooking the lake, modern facilities incl. Fi and a short walk to the town center with shops, supermarket and beach.

Lovingly furnished, modern newly furnished 2 bedroom corner apartment in a newly built in 2012, 6-family house. There is a safe, a dishwasher and washing machine, satellite TV and free Wi-Fi. An elevator is available. The south / west terrace with magnificent views, a lake for sunbathing. Promenade and public beach is about 400 meters away. Shops, restaurants, bars and cafes are within easy walking distance. A car park is located within the closed off property. Pets are not allowed.
The apartment is ideal for 1-3 persons.

Schöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung hält was das Inserat verspricht. Die Ausstattung ist gut und hochwertig. Der große Balkon ist das Highlight.

Kleine schnuckelige Wohnung

Alles in allem würden wir die Wohnung weiterempfehlen. Es war so ziemlich alles vorhanden, was wir brauchten. Eiswürfelformen und Zitronenpresse haben wir noch dazu gekauft und für unsere Nachfolger hinterlassen. Die Wohnung war etwas kleiner als wir erwartet haben. Vor allem das Schlafzimmer. Wir haben die Wohnung blitzsauber vorgefunden. Die Terrasse ist wunderschön. Genial ist auch, dass sowohl Supermarkt, Restaurants und die Bootsanlegestelle fußläufig zu erreichen sind.

Sehr entspannend

Der Aufenthalt in der Wohnung war sehr schön. Alles war vorhanden und es war sehr sauber. Man hat einen sehr schönen Blick über die Dächer zum See. Alle Geschäfte und Restaurants waren fussläufig. Schöner Ausgangspunkt für tolle Ausflüge. Wir haben den Urlaub in der Wohnung sehr genossen.

Schönes und gut ausgestattetes Appartement in praktischer Lage

Das Appartement ist sehr sauber, schön und gut ausgestattet, für 2 Personen ideal. Schön ist auch die große, zum Teil überdachte Dachterrasse. Sicherer, da abgesperrter Parkplatz mit leider etwas engen Parkbuchten (für SUVs ganz schön knapp). Praktische Lage im Ortskern, fußläufig zu Restaurants, Supermarkt und Bus/Zug. Auch die Fähre ist fußläufig erreichbar. Etwas umständlich ist die Müllentsorgung an der etwas weiter entfernten öffentlichen Wertstoffinsel (Auto erforderlich, wenn man den Müll nicht durch den halben Ort tragen möchte oder kann). Alles in allem ist das Appartement sehr zu empfehlen.
