The apartment measures 85m" (915 sq.ft) and uniquely includes a 15m2 private terrace with lounge furniture. A large living room combines sitting, dining and kitchen leading to the bedroom with a good size double bed. In addition a small TV room, bathroom/toilet plus a second washroom/toilet.
Great location on Købmagergade with Strøget just around the corner. The store Illum is on the opposite side so you will have all possibilities for shopping.
Købmagergade forms a famous part of Copenhagen's pedestrian zone and there is no traffic noise.
The apartment is situated close to green areas such as the Royal Gardens at Rosenborg Castle. Shopping is right outside the door. Købmagergade runs right to Norreport Metro Station. Plenty of sightseeing within walking distance.

A large living room combines sitting, dining and kitchen leading to main bedroom with a good size double bed, TV room/small bathroom/toilet with shower plus 2nd washroom/toilet.

Situated on the first floor in the bustling centre with lift/elevator opening straight into the apartment's hall.

Bedroom : Double bed 160 x 200 cm.
This apartment was the third apartment rented on our trip and ranked near the top of those rented. The apartment was in an excellent location, close to transit, restaurants, shopping and sightseeing. We easily walked almost everywhere we wanted to visit. The apartment was well equipped and the only criticism I have is that, even though the temperature outside wasn't very warm, the apartment does get hot and there is no ability to leave a window open. They did have one fan in the hallway but it was cheap and didn't really work. The problem could be easily remedied by placing a decent fan (or fans) in the bedroom and kitchen area.
This is a spotless and well equipped apartment. Just the kind of place we love. We could spread out and enjoy the lightness of the space. For two of us this was more than enough room. The location is excellent. We agree about the ventilation. Luckily, it was cool when we were here. There needs to be a portable floor fan to pull cool air in or put in the bedroom. This is why we gave a rating of good instead of excellent.We had a choice of elevator or stairs because the first floor here is really the second. We were greeted by a nice young man at the appointed time. All in all a wonderful experience.
The location was 5 star. We walked everywhere and really enjoyed the restaurants on top of Ilium across the street.
The apartment has no windows that can be left open when you are not in the apartment. The temperature in May was around 23 outside but 29 inside. When you are in the apartment you can open the door to the patio but there isn't much of a breeze, and it's not secure to leave it open when you are sleeping. I would stay there October to April, but not in the summer.
