Excellent house and location

This was a great place to stay. Clean, bright, large, with a fully equipped kitchen. Very easy access and the owners graciously gave us access earlier than usual, which was very helpful. Close to good restaurants...Blu Jam Cafe for breakfast was packed but great. We'd definitely stay here again.

Second story walk up. Clean and cozy. Perfect two bedroom in a great location. Well stocked kitchen and 1 car garage. Owners very pleasant to work with accommodating our last minute rental.

fell in love with the house

The house was way more attractive than I ever expected. I could see the tender touches of the owners in every corner. Everything was meticulously maintained and cared for. I wish I own this house. It was a very comfortable and satisfying stay. We will definitely choose this place for our next outing to LA.

One bad experience which was completely my fault. We parked our SUV on the street on the first night because the car wouldn't fit in the garage that is way too small. I failed to read the warning in the instruction sheet written by the owner. Got a $68 parking ticket. So, any future renters, be sure not to park the car on the street overnight.

The apartment is lovely, but I gave 4 instead of five stars because the mattresses are very uncomfortable. They need to be replaced. Otherwise a very nice place.

Perfect spot for visit to LA!

The apartment was perfect for our family of 4. Confirmation and check in was seamless. Also, unlike many other VRBO's, the deposit was returned quickly. Plenty of room and everyone had their own bed. The unit was very clean and comfortable when we arrived. The kitchen and dining room was perfect for breakfast at home. It also makes such a difference to have a washer and dryer in the unit. This apartment in located in a central, safe and beautiful neighborhood. It's also close to wonderful restaurants (we tried Republique which is just a few block away). The location makes it easy to jump on the 10, to Hollywood or Santa Monica, and anywhere else you need to go. Perfect!
