If you love hiking, playing in the river, fishing, kyaking or canoeing or just relaxing on the bank of the river then LOOK NO FURTHER! THIS IS THE BEST! Owner/builder designed every detail personally for your enjoyment and comfort. 3 king and 4 twin beds are chiropractic Restonic, superbly comfortable with 400 thread count linens. All bedrooms have satellite TV with HBO and Showtime. All wood floors. Panoramic views of the mountains and river. Spectacular dining and entertainment area. A riverfront deck with gas fire pit, summer kitchen and gas grill cantelevers over the little Tennessee river. On the property is a half mile hiking trail up the back hill. Two horse stalls available, bring your own horses or rent them for the week, nearby. Experienced equestrians only.

WARNING: This property is not recommended for children under the age of 6 years, and to those children who do not swim. The summer kitchen cantilevers over the moving river which has exposed rocks- which could cause instant death if a child fell off.

What a treat!

It was such a treat to stay at this property. The home was well stocked and was a delightful place to unwind for the week. Our children (12 and 14) enjoyed tubing, playing in the river, and fishing. The outdoor kitchen space was wonderful for parents and the grandparents to watch the kiddos play and chat. We loved the property, location, and the proximity to many day trips! Can’t wait to return next summer!

Beautiful scenic Smokey mountains private with 7 acres and 2 horse stalls on riverfront best trout fishing river in area. View deer and turkeys and other wildlife right on the property. Smokey Mountain fish camp less than one mile. Tubing and Kyaking in the river. White water rafting nearby at the Nantahala River or Ocoee River. We are Located in the middle of Ruby and Gem mines. Convenience store less than one mile away. 6 Miles to the town of Franklin. Peace, privacy, nearby antiquing, great retaurants, Smokey Mountain National Park, Asheville, Gabling at Cherokee Reservation.

Sit out on the Deck and view wildlife and the river. Barbecue, fish, swim, relax. If you need to work you can by using the WIFI provided and the portable phone!
