This is the second floor of our Long Beach Island family home.

We strive to be as Natural, Eco-Friendly & Green as possible by choosing natural & recycled products, Not wearing shoes in the house, and using energy efficient appliances.

We do individual leases will all of our tenants.

We will need proof of age and your home address prior to do your lease and accepting your reservation.

Additional Rental Information: non-refundable Deposit required for booking (50% rental fee plus Property Damage Protection Fee)

Full payment required 2 weeks prior to check-in.

First floor and garage for owner use only, tenants do not have access.

About Sabrina

We manage our own property, so you don't have to worry about dealing with an agent or manager.

We do individual leases will all of our tenants. We will need proof of age and your home address to do your lease.

LBI will always have a special place in our hearts. We're sisters and we grew up in NJ, so we are very familiar with the state and have grown up going down the shore.

Sabrina purchased this house in 1995

Why Sabrina chose Brant Beach

This is our family home that we've enjoyed for years and we want you to create wonderful family memories as well.

We love the location. We're on the narrowest part of LBI, so while this is a bayfront home, we are only 2 short blocks from the beach. It doesn't get better!

Some of our favorite things are:

- The sunsets (have we mentioned them enough :) The colors are amazing, get your cameras ready.

- Shelling on the beach - we always find some interesting shells.

- Fresh seafood - it doesn't get fresher than catching crabs & clams in our own bay or you can get fish from the fishing boats in Barnegat Light.

What makes this house unique

We are directly on the bay with a boat slip.

Our bay front views and sunsets are AMAZING! (Instagram ready with no filter needed!)

A short walk and you'll be on the beach.

Beautiful Weekend - Awesome Location

This house is in an absolutely ideal location. You can't beat the outdoor space on the beautiful open bay and can be at the beach in five minutes flat. We had two "million dollar view" sunsets during our stay. The kitchen and family area are perfect for a multi-generation family to gather. We will definitely be back!

Would absolutely go back. Plenty of room. Great deck overlooking the Bay. Short two blocks to the beach. Very large great room. Off street parking for 3 cars. Very, very comfortable home.

Beautiful home in a great location!

This home was exactly what we were looking for! Our first stay on the bay side and wow did it pay off! The sunsets were incredible, the kids loved fishing and we enjoyed peaceful morning coffee on the deck. A short walk to the beach and we were good to go! The house is fully equipped and very clean! Sabrina takes great care with this home and it shows. It was a smooth process from start to finish. We'll definitely be back!

Beautiful property with excellent views of Bay

This was our second visit to this property, possibly not our last. The view is gorgeous, as are the sunsets. Great outdoor space and overall large indoor space as well. The interior is a bit dated, but functionally up to par, and clean. Great value for the price.

I don't know what the deal is with Long Beach Island and the green flies!

Beautiful two weeks in a very comfortable, clean home. Cannot top the sunsets over the bay every night! LBI is our happy place and have been renting from Sabrina and Joan for 15+ years! Great people...

Would definitely come back to this house!

This is a very spacious, very well equipped home. The kitchen has everything you could need. The family room is large and spacious with a large deck over looking the bay. The master bedroom is so large it could be two bedrooms and it has its own deck overlooking the bay. We took our boat which fit perfect in the slip. The family enjoyed fishing, crabbing and ski bobbing. Our home cooked dinner of stuffed flounder with the fish and crabs caught was to die for. There is only one negative I could mention. The beds are very firm. It wouldn't stop us from coming back but will bring mattress toppers when we do. My husband is 6'2" and very broad. Just wish the master had a king. The sunsets were spectacular! Our family loved this home and we would definitely book again
