Charming and well-maintained cottage on a large lot offering privacy. Enjoy the popular vacation home area of Sommerodde. The vacation home is very inviting. The interior is modern, special attention has been paid to light colors and an open feeling of space. Here the architect has created a pleasant atmosphere. The terrace faces southwest, here and in the living room directly behind it you will experience many beautiful vacation hours. The kitchen is equally bright and inviting. Directly in front of it is another terrace with morning sun. There are 3 bedrooms in the house. If your children like to spend time on the sleeping loft, they can reach it directly from the dining area. The area around the house invites you to take long walks, bike rides and excursions with the kids. An excellent sandy beach is within walking distance. Less than 1 km from the house, you will find Duodde golf course. The house has a high level of comfort and is suitable for a vacation all year round.
