Beautiful, comfortable 3-room apartment (approx. 68sqm, 2nd floor, penthouse) with a cozy roof loggia. Extensively equipped kitchen with dining area, a bedroom with double bed and a room with two single beds (stackable) and a large living room with sofa bed. Bathroom with bathtub and extra shower.
Lake Constance and the Friedrichshafen lido can be reached in a few minutes' walk (400m air line, approx. 8 minutes), the Lake Constance cycle path almost directly on the doorstep.
Convenient location: bus (almost in front of the door), train stop FN district office and shops (max. 10 min.) Easily accessible on foot, grocery store in the immediate vicinity (200m, approx. 5 min.).

super séjour en famille/toller Familienaufenthalt

Appartement très bien équipé pour un séjour en famille. Nous avons été très bien accueillis. Le lac Constance est à 5 min à pied et le port est à 20 min. Nous avons vraiment apprécié la région./ / Wohnung sehr gut ausgestattet für einen Familienaufenthalt. Wir wurden sehr gut aufgenommen. Der Bodensee ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und der Hafen in 20 Minuten. Wir haben die Gegend wirklich genossen.

Super Ferienwohnung für Familien

Die Wohnung ist schön hell, liegt fußläufig zum Bodensee. Ein Supermarkt ist direkt in der Nachbarschaft mit einem Bäcker und die Busverbindungen in die Innenstadt sind sehr gut. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht. Die Dachterrasse würde ich eher als Balkon bezeichnen aber er ist groß genug um zu viert darauf zu frühstücken und parallel die Badesachen zu trocken. Er ist auch überdacht und so konnten wir selbst bei Regen draußen frühstücken. Die Lage der Wohnung befindet sich im zweiten Stock im Haus, in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet. Die Vermieter sind super nett und freundlich. Es muss wirklich, außer den persönlichen Sachen, nichts mitgebracht werden.

Schöne, ruhige Lage, Gute Verkehrsverbindungen

Schöne kleine Dachwohnung, mit kleiner Dachterrasse, ruhige Lage, aber trotzdem gute Verkehrsverbindung, 20min zu Fuß bis zum Hafen. In der Nähe eine REWE Markt und Bäcker. Ein kleiner Tipp, gleich in der Nähe am Strandbad ein sehr sehr guter Italiener! Sehr nette Vermieter.
