On three floors, a total of 178 square meters of living space, which are equipped with everything that is desired for a relaxing holiday on the Baltic Sea. The entire house is decorated in a modern country house style with a maritime flair.
This beautiful home has three large en-suite bedrooms and sleeps a total of 10 people.
All bedrooms are furnished with a large double bed and have their own adjacent bathroom.
On the ground floor is the spacious entrance hall with cloakroom and a large bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The bedroom has large panoramic windows with access to the covered terrace to the harbor side and direct access to the water with jetty.
The middle level of the house with surrounding terrace serves the enjoyment and family life. A large living area with comfortable sofa bed and access to the terrace is also available, as is the centrally located large kitchen with upscale amenities and bar stools. On the south side is the cozy dining area with woodburning stove and access to the south-facing terrace. The panoramic glazing guarantees a view of the water from every window.
In the attic with a total of 53 square meters are two more bedrooms with private balcony, of which one holds an additional pull-out single bed. Wardrobes or dressers are available in all bedrooms. The bedroom to the port side also has another TV.
The large property has direct access to the water with its own boat dock, which can be rented for a small fee in addition. There are also two parking spaces in the carport and two additional parking spaces on the property.
For toddlers, this house is only partially suitable because the access to the water can not be closed. Parents should not let their children play unattended on the property.
