House 5 completely in wood block plank. Ground floor: large living-dining room with fireplace, large red cuddle sofa, comfortable corner bench, fully equipped comfortable kitchen. Bathroom with shower / WC, sauna utility room with WAMA, dryer. Fully fenced plot with terrace u. small garden. First floor: 3 bedrooms (2 with balcony) for a total of 6 persons, bathroom with shower / WC. From the house it is only 300 m to the ski slope, 250 m to the center with shops and only a few meters to the hiking trails. The house is located in a quiet hillside with stunning mountain views; Hiking and culture, sport and relaxation are very important here. Moosham Castle is a World Heritage Site. The Aineck Katschberg ski area is nearby. In winter, enjoy the wonderful winter hiking, skiing, and horse-drawn sleigh. Also cross-country skiing are nearby. In summer, the most beautiful hiking trails and sports like cycling, paragliding, whitewater rafting etc. The houses combine both the ambience of a cabin and the comfort of an upscale house.
The golf course is only 2 km away. The 18 hole golf course St. Michael / Katschberg is directly adjacent to St. Margarethen. In harmony with the landscape with ponds, wetlands and floodplains lets golfers' hearts beat faster. Among connoisseurs and connoisseurs it is already considered one of the most beautiful golf courses in the country with its flat fairways at high altitude and the natural obstacles.

Zünftiges Ferienhaus

Wir waren zu viert als Familie in St. Margarethen und waren mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden. Alles da, was das Herz begehrt, von einer vollständig eingerichteten Küche über Waschmaschine und Trockner bis zu einem eingezäunten Garten, in dem unsere kleinen Hunde sich bewegen konnten ( auch wenn der Garten wirklich sehr klein ist!) Alles war sauber und gepflegt. Die Einrichtung ist zünftig rustikal. Direkt am Haus beginnen verschiedene Wanderwege, und das Dorf hat Charme und Idylle.
