About this property

Bright and sunny 1850's Greek Revival home with lots of charm. Features wide plank floors, extra large living room and dining room, decorated in a comfortable shabby-chic, 3 bathrooms (two showers, 2 claw foot tubs), fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a wonderful second-floor sleeping porch from which you can hear the waves. Partial water views from the second floor. New in 2023, central air conditioning.

Shady back yard, perfect for summer afternoon BBQ's. Parking for one car in driveway with additional on-street parking directly in front of the house.

The harbor beach is directly across the street with deeded access. Guests can access the beach for walks and swimming anytime and can set out chairs and blankets at low tide.

A safe and clean oasis with peaceful backyard. Additionally, our cleaning company, Smart Living, has made us aware of their newly adopted policy to strictly adhere to the recommended CDC guidelines with regards to cleaning. These include adhering to a full 5 hour clean of the house between guests, properly disinfecting linens, sheets, and towels with hot water and bleach, and providing extra cleaning with alcohol/bleach-based products on all high touch areas, such as remotes, doorknobs, light switches, countertops, etc.

Located a short 15 minute walk through the art galleries and cafes of the East End to the town center. Far enough away to offer a quiet retreat but close enough to take in the lively P-town scene.

Halloween Weekend

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The house is beautiful with quintessential Provincetown charm. Keep in mind, however, that the house is 200 years old, so spaces are cozy rather than sprawling. Beds are full-sized which means sleeping arrangements for a full house of seven are snug. Overall, everyone loved the house and would book again. The owner/property manager easy to contact and was very accommodating.

What a special place.

We have rented in Provincetown for many years but have never stayed in as special or as nice a home as this one. It does not feel like a rental. It is a beautiful home with wonderful hugh end furnishings. It is quirky which we think adds to its charm. David was extremely responsive and has thought of our every need from beach chairs to beach towels. The kitchen was really well appointed and the living room luxurious. We will be back.

Perfect East End sanctuary

Charming beyond belief…

David’s home is a beautiful, charming residence from another era. The common spaces are large, kitchen is well equipped, the bedrooms have air-conditioners, the 3 baths sufficient for the seven of us. It is situated in the historic East End with lovely gardens and perfect patio for a morning or anytime meal. Thank you, David
