We cordially invite you to spend your holiday in our lovely and well-appointed apartment (approx 85 m²). It is located on the ground floor and is preferably for 2 people, two extra beds, also with cot are available on request. The apartment is available all year round, depending on occupancy together with our apartment "de TNext".

In the cozy living room with comfortable upholstered suite, sat.-TV, DVD / CD player, video recorder, stereo radio with DAB, USB and Bluetooth function u. a. you can spend peaceful hours. A separate kitchen (about 17 sqm) with electric cooker (ceramic hob, oven with grill), coffee / espresso machine, kettle, toaster, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, radio and various dishes is at your disposal, as well a bathroom with tub , shower, toilet, floor heating and hairdryer. All rooms are centrally heated (weather permitting). In the entrance there is a porch with sitting.

A parking space for your car directly at the property and for bicycles we offer a lockable garaging. In the resort, in the immediate vicinity there are several shops, doctors, pharmacy, physiotherapy, restaurants and interesting cultural attractions are within walking distance in a short time. Bike rental stations with fetch, Bringe- and repair service are multiple possible on site. The yacht harbor can be reached in about 1.0 km away and the beach is about 900 m.

We wish you relaxing hours on the terrace (south-west location), surrounded by greenery, and grilling is possible here.

Extensive guest information will help with trip planning. To find nature lovers in Usedom kilometer long well-developed hiking and biking trails in the surrounding forests. At our wide sandy beach you can enjoy the mild Baltic climate.
