About this property

Completely remodeled lake front home with a location that cannot be beat. All 4 bedrooms include sliding doors with access to the upper deck. 100 feet of lake frontage with plenty of room for fishing, swimming, water sports, fire pit. Just installed a new/used dock with lots of covered seating and sun bathing space. Located next door to 'Coconuts', simply walk next door. Hillbilly Yacht Club is less than 200 yards away and provides a boat ramp (small fee), bar and casual entertainment. People love to visit and simply walk down the road for karaoke and horseshoes or next door for live music on weekends, sand volleyball, swimming pool with a pool bar, beach area, restaurant and bar. Upper deck replaced this season and now used for yoga, weight lifting.

Awesome location

We loved the location of this house! We had all adults with us so having Coconut's next door was such a bonus. We loved the swim up bar. This dock is huge and we spent a lot of time down there, as well as on the large patio. Lois was very helpful with restaurant suggestions and things to do in the area. We will definitely be back!

Short term plan has turned into a long term plan. We live an hour away so it is convenient to meet all the guests. We have lots of folks from Iowa, KC and St. Louis and many that have returned year after take that as a compliment.

Why they chose this property

One of the top lakes in the U.S. and centrally located with easy access from anywhere in the state of Missouri. The Lake of the Ozarks area offers entertainment, golf, shopping, swimming, water sports, boating, fishing, spas, restaurants, miniature golf, go-karts.

What makes this property unique

Everyone loves to hang out at the dock, in the water and on the lake front around a fire pit. The new deck added is a huge hit. 400 additional sq feet with plenty of room for dining, sunbathing, cooking. Walk next door to Coconuts for more entertainment and fun, no need to drive anywhere. Fisherman's paradise - both in the cove and outside of the cove. Dock has one boat slip and plenty of seating. Recently added a fence to contain the dogs of the family so simply shut the gate and relax.
