About this property

We rent out a new ground floor apartment on the North Sea in the center of Horumersiel with balcony.
In quiet and central location can be found in our apartment ideal conditions for optimum relaxation and peace.
In a few minutes you are right on the beautiful long beach of Horumersiel / Schillig.
A bicycle rental and shops are just 50 meters because it is located directly in the city center.

In the kitchen area you will find an equipped kitchenette (microwave, refrigerator, stove, oven, coffee maker, kettle u. S. W.)

The apartment also has a separate bedroom with 1 double bed box spring with access to the balcony, a living room with sofa and TV with a small dining area and of course a bathroom with shower and toilet.

Garden chairs and bistro table are available on the cozy balcony for you.

Schöne Wohnung mit Abstrichen

Generell ist die Lage wirklich TOP. Was beim Betreten der Wohung auffällt, ist ein leicht muffiger Geruch. Die scheint ein generelles Problem im Haus zu sein, wie Gespräche mit den Nachbarn ergaben. Abenteuerlich gestaltet sich das Spülen in der Küche. Der Boiler funktioniert nicht, so dass ich stets Wasser im Wasserkocher erhitzen musste, um das Geschirr zu säubern. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung hübsch und funktional eingerichtet. Wir waren 3 Wochen vor Ort und haben die ruhige, aber zentrale Lage sehr genossen.

Horumer Siel ist ein schöner Ort, viel grün. Gute möglichkeiten zu flanieren.

es hat uns gut gefallen, nur die Wohnung hätte sauberer sein können. Der Balkon ist bestimmt lange nicht sauber gmacht worden, es lag viel Dreck dort.Abgeplatzte Farbe. In der Küche war der Grill dreckig. Sorry dass ich das schreiben muss.Ändern kann sich nur etwas wenn man Bescheid weiß.

Passend für einen Kurzaufenthalt

Die Wohnung liegt sehr günstig, Geschäfte, Lokale auch der Strand sind gut erreichbar. Bei schlechtem Wetter zeigt die Wohung aber ihre Grenzen. Ob wegen des schlechten Wetters der vorangegangenen Woche oder aus anderen Gründen war das Bett klamm. Beim Fernseher sind die privaten Programme inzwischen eigentlich Standard (v.a. weil durchaus auch Fußballspiele dort übertragen werden).

Es gibt immer was

Das nicht mal ein Salzstreuer vorhanden war, fanden wir etwas befremdlich. Hier wäre ein Hinweis gut gewesen, da es kaum lohnt, sich für ein paar Tage Salz- und Pfefferstreuer zu kaufen, wenn man diese hätte mitbringen können oder wenn man sie einfach vorgefunden hätte. Ich glaube kaum, dass jemand Salz oder Pfeffer rausgenommen hätte. Sonst soweit alles in Ordnung.

Renovierungsbedürftige FeWo

Den Schlüssel mussten wir bei einer Pizzeria in der Nähe abholen. Das hat ohne Probleme funktioniert. Danach ging’s los. Beim Aufschließen der Wohnungstür kam uns sofort ein muffiger Geruch entgegen. Der Balkon war verdreckt und nicht nutzbar. Balkonmöbel veraltet und dreckig keine Polster. In der ganzen Wohnung waren in den Ecken Staub und Spinnweben. Das Bett war wohl das billigste was man bekommen konnte. Es war total durchgelegen. Fleckige Wände in der Wohnung ( könnte mal einen Anstrich vertragen). Im Bad blätterte die Farbe von dem Türrahmen. Badmöbel auch schon uralt. Wir haben 55€ für die Endreinigung bezahlt. Dafür war kein Toilettenpapier sowie Seife im Bad vorhanden. Genauso wie Bettwäsche. Es wurde uns ein Wäschepaket für 15€ p.P angeboten. Wir haben alles selbst mitgebracht. Der Hygienemülleimer im Bad fehlte der Deckel. Nicht so schön. Der Urlaub in Horumersiel war sehr schön aber die Wohnung nicht. Ich würde die Wohnung keinem weiterempfehlen. Vielleicht sollte man mal ein paar Euro in die Aufwertung stecken statt nur zu kassieren. Mit besten Grüßen
