About this property

Our Comfort House is a detached house in the East Frisian style with 85 square meters of living space on 3 levels. It is located in the new home area in Neßmersiel, just 300 meters behind the dike. The beach is about 20 minutes walk. The location on a dead end is quiet. The house is furnished for 6 adults / children and a toddler. Smoking indoors is not allowed. The children's outdoor play area is, as well as a supermarket and a bakery, in 2 minutes walk. The new Sturmfrei - Spieloase for children and adults with spa - for the colder days can be easily reached in less than 10 minutes also on foot.

Langes Wochenende mit der Familie

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft. Die Lage ist TOP!!!!!!!! Super Badezimmer und genügend Platz für uns alle. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!!!

Tolle Zeit

Wir haben das erste Mal Weihnachten uns Silvester in der Ferne verbracht. Es war wuvderschön. Die ersten Tage (vom 23.- 27.12.2023) waren wir fast allein in der Anlage. Es war himmlisch ,das Wetter zum Rausgehen ideal und wenn wir uns mal zu Hause aufhalten mussten, hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. das Haus ist einfach mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Ab dem 27.12. wurde es voller und zu Silvester dolle laut. Wir hatten uns extra wegen unserem Hund verzogen, aber es knallte überall schon sehr frühzeitig. Dieses mal besuchten wir Neuharlingersiel und Bensersiel und mussten dort leider feststellen, dass Hunde dort nicht gewünscht sind, schade. Da haben wir eben die Siele genutzt, die uns willkommen geheißen haben. Insgesamt toller Urlaub, Wir kommen gerne wieder.Danke an Familie Ziegler für das tolle Haus Wattwurm :-))

Urlaub zum erholen

Wir waren 10 Tage in Neßmersiel und alles in allem war es ein sehr schöner,erholsamer Urlaub. Bis zum Strand waren es ca 30min zu Fuß,der Spielplatz war keine 2min entfernt, sowie der kleine Edeka Markt um frische Brötchen holen zu können. Die Unterkunft selbst gefiel uns gut, einzigstes Manko waren die Betten unterm Dach,hier gab es keine Tür und man musste abends und morgens ruhig sein,damit die Kinder vernünftig schlafen können. Hier und da hätte es etwas sauberer sein können,war aber ok. Wir würden auf jedenfall wiederkommen:)
