Nice, cozy house in Milders, quiet but centrally located 50 meters from the Spar supermarket and the bus station. In the immediate vicinity are restaurants and a pizzeria.

Our apartment was newly constructed and measures 50 m2. This apartment comprises a double bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom. The kitchen has a kitchen, a cozy dining area, a pull out couch for max. 2 people and with LED satellite TV (Stubai TV). The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, pans, pots, etc. Also all devices such as microwave, dishwasher, oven, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, fridge freezer are available. The bathroom has a roll-in shower, a sink and a toilet. In addition, a balcony with stunning views of the mountains belongs to.

Guest parking right by the house, ski room with boot drying system, wireless and bread service possible. Prices incl. Bed linen, bath towels and towels. Final cleaning € 25, -.

In summer, prices include Stubai Super Card.

Alles war perfekt!

Klaudia ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin, ihr Haus hat eine ausgezeichnete Lage, nur einen kurzen Spaziergang von einem Lebensmittelgeschäft und der kostenlosen Skibushaltestelle entfernt. die Fahrt zum Stubaier Gletscher dauert 20-25 min. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was wir für unseren Aufenthalt brauchten. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder.

Traumhafter Urlaub mit Bergblick

Danke für den erholsamen Urlaub an die Familie Stern. Die Lage und die Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung waren top und wirklich weiter zu empfehlen. Die Lage ist wunderschön und ruhig, trotz der zentralen Lage. Zum Einkaufen, zum Bus und zum Restaurant nur 5 Gehminuten. Wir würden sehr gern wiederkommen.

Sehr schönes, gepflegtes Haus, sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter, ruhige Lage, gut für Erholung.

Sehr saubere, helle Wohnung. Komplett und vollständig eingerichtete Küche, schöne vollständige Geschirr- und Besteckservices, hochwertige Pfannen mit passenden Deckeln. Grosszügiges Badezimmer, Dusche ohne Schwelle. Gemütliche geräumige Wohnküche. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden wieder kommen. Vielen herzlichen Dank an Claudia Stern. Jederzeit weiterzuempfehlen

Sehr schöne und grosse Ferienwohnung, vollständig eingerichtet, grosser Balkon, sehr sauber, mit grossem Skikeller. Die Lage ist zentral in Milders, alles ist in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Die Familie Stern ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich kann diese Ferienwohnung nur weiterempfehlen und komme bei einem weiteren Besuch im Stubaital genre wieder dort unter.
