Super Lage und geräumiges Wohnzimmer mit Wohnküche

Uns (Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern) hat es sehr gut gefallen. Die Schlafräume (einer ohne natürliches Licht) sind relativ klein aber gut ausgestattet. Die Belüftung auch der "Schlafkoje" ohne Fenster war gut. Die Wohnung besticht insbesondere durch die super Lage und das geräumige Wohnzimmer mit integrierter Wohnküche. Die Spülmaschine funktionierte allerdings nicht optimal und das Geschirr hatte teilweise Macken. Einige Leuchtmittel waren zudem defekt. Deswegen nur 4 von 5 Sternen.

Stickiger Urlaub

Die Wohnung an sich ist okay so weit. Nur leider handelt es sich nicht um zwei normal voneinander getrennte Schlafzimmer, sondern eines ist in das andere "hineingesetzt", sprich: das 2. Schlafzimmer ist ein durch dünne Wände abgetrenntes Kojenbett im anderen Schlafzimmer - ohne eigenes Fenster und die Möglichkeit zu lüften. Zwar gibt es eine Tür, die das Hauptzimmer (ebenfalls nur mit Schlafkoje) von der dunklen Koje trennt, aber angesichts der dünnen Wände soll das scheinbar vor allem einem Zweck dienen: der formalen Möglichkeit, offiziell mit zwei Schlafzimmern werben zu können. Dass das zweite Zimmer kein Fenster hat, haben wir erst nach (!) der Buchung erfahren. Und dass das auch bedeutet, dass man selbst bei nicht so heißen Sommertemperaturen schlicht nicht richtig schlafen kann, haben wir dann vor Ort schmerzlich Nacht für Nacht spüren dürfen. Leider war der andere Kojenbereich mit einem Fenster keine wirkliche Alternative, weil das Bett für zwei Erwachsene schlicht viel zu schmal ist. Darüber hinaus ist die Matratze unzumutbar dünn. Dass die ebenerdige Terrasse nicht schön ist, weil man nur auf geparkte Autos schaut, wird bei ungeschlafenen Nächten dann zur Nebensache... Der Urlaub und die Laune leiden, und das schlechte Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis vermag die Stimmung nicht zu heben. - Nachdem wir anfangs um einen Zweitschlüssel bitten mussten (dieser wurde dann auch gebracht), wollte man ihn dann einen Tag zu früh ganz selbstverständlich wieder zurück, was man uns erst am Abend zuvor um 21 Uhr per Whatsapp meinte mitteilen zu können. Auch das war für uns nicht in Ordnung, weil wir teils voneinander getrennte Pläne für den Tag hatten, die wir hätten umändern müssen - was uns weitere Urlaubsqualität gekostet hätte. Das lehnten wir ab. Diese Wohnung können wir leider nicht weiter empfehlen.
