The apartment is located in an apartment building in the center of Sassnitz, shops, restaurants and cafés are in the immediate vicinity. The city harbor, stone beach, Jasmund National Park and the chalk coast can be reached on foot, as well as the museums and the animal park. Sassnitz is a state-approved resort and therefore Kurabgabepflichtig.

The cozy two-room apartment is 50 m², located on the mezzanine floor, has a bedroom with double bed and a living room with sofa bed for one more person. In the living room couch and chair, TV and a radio. The kitchen is generously equipped with dining table, stove, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with freezing compartment and all necessary items. The bathroom has a bathtub, sink and toilet is equipped. A parking space is available at the house.
