The house is located directly in the harbor area boasting direct, unobstructed views of the Saal Bodden and offers 80 m2 of living space enough space for 6 adults and 1 child.
Out of courtesy to the residents and other holiday guests will be no groups of young people who are looking for a hotel as a party location.

The extremely tasteful and fully equipped, furnished house includes 1 cozy and bright living room with open kitchen, 1 bathroom with toilet / shower / sauna and 1 bathroom with toilet and bath, electric blinds on the ground floor, insect screens and 2 cozy bedrooms for 4 persons and 1 cozy bedroom with double bed in the alcove (unsuitable for older, infirm people, as only accessible via a small ladder) for 2 people. Outside there are a beautiful large terrace with garden furniture, chairs with attached a small lawn and a garden. Highchair and baby travel bed can be provided upon request.
Parking for 2 cars is available on the property. Additional parking for vehicles at the adjacent parking lot in the harbor area on site charges.

An extra bed can be provided.

Go swimming or fishing in the Saal Bodden you walk only 50m. A gently sloping grass / sand beach perfect for swimming. Younger guests of the long-lasting flat access to the Saal Bodden is ideal. Even surfers come here of their costs. At night you can watch from the terrace, the uniquely beautiful sunsets and let yourself go and perhaps end it with a glass of wine the day.

In the main season 22. 6.2019-7. 9.2019 is the arrival Saturday in the time between 15:00 o'clock and 18: 00 o'clock.
Departure Saturday until 9:30 am - 10:00 am.

On all other days by arrangement.
