Sleeps 10 in beds. Outside shower, 2 decks, garage, access to private pool and tennis courts.
New kitchen, granite countertops, Pergo floor throughout uptairs and downstairs. Newly remodeled bathrooms.
Central Air, Stereo, DVD player, WiFi, well-equipped kitchen, Keurig, 3 TVs. Family friendly: Bikes, boogy boards, high chair, 2 pack-n-plays, baby monitor and gates, 2 booster seats, single stroller and double stroller, charcoal grill.

No smoking or pets please. Saturday-Saturday.

See calendar for available dates. Prime season is $3,395/week (5/29-10/2/2021). Includes pool passes, tennis court access key, cleaning fees and taxes. Reduced rates for weeks before and after prime season.

A perfect family place in a great location

We loved our stay. The house was lovely, well-furnished and beautifully decorated. There was a community pool, and the ocean was only a few blocks away. In the afternoon parking during the week was no problem if you wanted help with chairs etc. Shopping in town and other local businesses was also in walking distance. Would love to stay here again.

Bright, Relaxing and Beach Comfortable

I have stayed here several times for a "girls getaway" and will go back again ( soon, I hope!)In addition to the relaxing decor, we especially like the easy beach access and the short walk to all the boardwalk fun. I have recommended this townhouse to family members who have young kids and they, too, found it perfect for their needs! The owners have thought of just about everything for their guests, younger or older, to enjoy their time in Bethany Beach.

Excellent vacation rental

We have stayed at this property numerous times from when our children were in elementary school as well as high school. With both the beach nearby and a community pool there were many activities for the entire family. We could walk from the beach to the boardwalk, visit shops and resturants and walk back to the property and spend the afternoon at the pool. The property was aLways clean, updated and tastefully decorated. I wholeheartedly recommend this property for a wonderful family vacation.

Excellent place for families!

We stayed at this townhome in August 2011 (two families, 5 adults and 3 dids). We loved it--the house has all you need for cooking, several bikes, and all the equipment you need for a day at the beach (boogie boards/umbrella). House is also walking distance to the beach, the public library, and the boardwalk. An excellent value for families.

We purchased this home for fun with family and friends because of our love of the beach. We are happy to share it with others! We remodeled the downstairs 5 years ago and put in 3 completely new bathrooms in 2015 and Pergo flooring upstairs (2018) as much cleaner than carpeting.

Why they chose this property

Proximity to ocean, private community pool, newly renovated public library, easy walk to town. Bethany trolley stops right here in Bethany Proper. Kids love it!

What makes this property unique

Short walk to beach, trolley into town, great dining, shopping, availability of water sports.
Bikes left for our guests to enjoy as well as wagon to transport items to the beach.
High chair, pack 'n play, baby monitor, safety gate, double stroller, single stroller, 2 booster seats, bed rail- all here. Less for you to haul!
