About this property

Villa Petit is completely renovated stone house. It's ideal for families or small groups of 4-6 people. The location of the house is in Brela, old distict Zelici, and it is surrounded by old stone houses, only 200m from the sea.
It has everything you might need: a private swimming pool, TV Sat, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen.
The ground floor is a living area with kitchen and dining area. There is an extra bed for two persons on the sofa bed.
On the first floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and bathroom (shower / WC).
On the second floor is another bedroom with a double bed and bathroom (shower / WC).

All floors are connected with internal staircase and there is direct access to the terrace with pool from the first floor. There are two terraces, one with table and chairs and the other with a nice pool.
Also available is a barbecue and parking.
From here there's a beautiful view of Brela, the islands and the mountain Biokovo to the north. Brela is a famous tourist destination on the Adriatic; it has pleasant climate, beautiful scenery and beautiful beaches. The holiday home during season is only rented on a weekly basis(Saturday- Saturday).

So wie wir uns Urlaub vorstellten

Herzliche Begrüßung von den Eigentümern und Einweisung. Das Haus hat seine Ursprünglichkeit behalten und ist sehr geschmackvoll gestaltet, modern und alt vereint. Alles - auch der Aussenbeteich- liebevoll gestaltet.die Bäder absolut neuwertig und gepflegt. Pool und Terrassen laden ein, auch Zeit "zuhause" zu verbringen. In der nahen Umgebung zahlreiche Ausflugsziele und zum Strand mit idyllischen Buchten nicht weit. Wir fühlten uns absolut wohl und kommen gerne wieder. Herzlichen Dank an Eli, ihren Mann und Sohn Mirko

Ein hochmodernes Paradies in alten Gemäuern

Die Vila Eli ist ein 300 Jahre altes Gemäuer über 2 Stockwerke, was traumhaft schön renoviert, modernisiert und mit Modernen Mobiliar ausgestattet ist. Es gibt 2 neue tolle Bäder mit Regen duschen & einer Waschmaschine. Die Küche hat alle technischen Geräte die man sich wünscht, vor allem eine Spülmaschine, was den Abwasch ruck zuck gewährt um am Pool zu liegen und einen fantastischen Ausblick genießen zu können. Morgens auf der Terrasse zu Frühstücken und den Tag zu planen und Abends den Grill, der in einem separaten Raum mit Küchenmöbiliar ausgestattet einen absoluten Grillspaß verspricht und wir haben oft den Grill an geschmissen. Bei einem Glas Wein den Tag ausklingen lassen und einen atemberaubenden Sonnenuntergang zu genießen, war für uns ein Erlebnis. Der Kiesel Strand ist vom Haus über einen kleinen Waldgang mit Treppen zu erreichen. Von dort aus kann man auf der Promenade die Landschaft und die Gegend erkunden. Wir haben uns in den 10 Tagen wahnsinnig wohl gefühlt und hervorragend erholt. Die Familie ist sehr herzlich und zuvorkommend und wir konnten mit allen Fragen jederzeit auf sie zukommen. Wir können eine Buchung des Hauses definitiv weiterempfehlen und wir werden sicherlich nicht das letzte mal dort gewesen sein. Vielen Dank Eli für diesen tollen Aufenthalt, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Geschmackvoll eingerichtet, tipptoppe Ausstattung, herzliche Gastgeber.

Idealer Ort um Auszuspannen. Geschmackvoll und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Sympathische und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Wunderschöne kleine Bucht zum Baden in unmittelbarer Nähe , Zugang über eine lange Treppe. Tourist Information und Einkaufsmöglichkeit in unmittelbarer Nähe. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen.

Review of our stay at Vila Eli,

We\'re a couple who wanted to relax and chill with all the mod cons of home! We got all that AND more! What a lovely Vila! The Vila was only completed in June 2016, so the decor was modern and fresh and the apartment was very clean and ready early for us when we arrived. The photos don\'t do it justice, the view of the beach and the mountains were stunning and the pool and terrace were very private, perfect for sunbathing and cooking. There is also an outdoor kitchen which I don\'t think is in the photos, so this was a lovely surprise. Both the terrace and the pool area had shade with an awning and parasol and when it got too hot we had a dip in the pool and had a shower with a view of the sea! The views of the sunsets were stunning! Beach towels and plenty of cleaning supplies were included as well as some oil, salt, pepper, coffee and sugar. There is a little shop just down the road for basic groceries and bigger shops in Brela and Baška Voda just down the coast.
