About this property

Our cottage Kleger Meur is over 400 years old. It is built in typical Breton-style on rock. The stone architecture and unrivaled location have an exceptional charm.

This cozy former farm with approximately 115m² of living space is located in North Finistère, on the peninsula Sainte-Marguerite in very quiet and idyllic location. Until the beach is only 500m through the dunes.

The plot is 900m² in size. Rent a vacation house with a spacious kitchen incl. Dining area, a living room with fireplace and large dining table, and a TV room with sofa bed. In addition, there are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Bretonisches Steinhaus in perfekter Lage

Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig in den Dünen (keine Durchgangsstrasse), man ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß am Meer. Abends nach dem Essen nochmal schnell an den Strand - kein Problem. Wir bevorzugen Häuser, die auch von den Eigentümern regelmässig genutzt werden, das merkt man auch hier: Die Küche ist modern, dabei sehr schön in das alte Gemäuer eingepasst und komplett ausgestattet. Alle notwendigen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten finden sich bereits in Landéda (incl. Ladestation). Trinkwasser in Plastikflaschen zu kaufen kann man sich dagegen sparen, das Leitungswasser ist sehr gut! Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

Super Unterkunft mit den bekannten Abstrichen

Ein sehr schönes und großes Haus auf einem tollen Grundstück in wunderbarer Umgebung. Diei Strände in unmittelbarer Umgebung gehören zu den schönsten in der Bretagne. Tolle wirklich komplett eingerichtete Küche die zum selber kochen einläd. und sehr gute Betten. Die Einrichtung ist bretonisch und muß nicht jedem gefallen. Die Mängel sind aus den vorherigen Bewertungen bekannt. Das Internet ist äußerst instabil und eine andauernde Verbindung ist eher Glücksache, das Wohnzimmer und die Küche im Untergeschoss richen deutlich feucht (was bei gutem Wetter und offenen Türen aber kein Problem ist). Wer aber in dieser Beziehung ein Problem hat sollte eine andere Unterkunft wählen. Ein Schrank oder eine Kommode im kleinen Schlafzimmer wäre eine gute ERgänzung. Hier hat man wirklich keinerlei Möglichkeit seine Kleidung zu verstauen und lebt aus dem Koffer. Während unseres Aufenthaltes war die Kaffeemaschine defekt (wir hatten aber unsere eigene Maschine mit. Wer mit den genannten Mängel leben kann ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Uriges Landhaus in schöner Lage

Das Haus hat ohne Zweifel Charme, allerdings muss man den Geruch antiker Möbel schon mögen. Die Küche ist wirklich gut ausgestattet. Das obere Bad ist neu bzw. renoviert, was man von dem unteren nicht behaupten kann. Insbesondere die Dusche hat schon bessere Tage gesehen. Die Lage des Hauses ist ideal für Spaziergänge, der Strand ist in 10 Minuten erreicht. Der schöne Garten lädt zum Verweilen ein.
