About this property

Ferienhaus Auenweg - your vacation home for Carinthia and East Tyrol

Our house was completely renovated in 2015 and is ideal for up to five adults or families with up to four children and offers:

- A beautiful garden with a stream
- rest position
- The idyllic town center of Oberdrauburg with all daily necessities within walking distance (less than 5 minutes)
- Ideal location on the border between Carinthia and East Tyrol. Only 20 km east of Lienz and 30 km west of the picturesque Weißensee, it is only a jump to Italy
- Right on the Drau Cycle Path with the best connection to Lienz and the Carinthian Lake District.

The equipment of our holiday home:

- approx. 100 m² living space on two floors plus basement
- Sauna for up to 4 people with shower
- 3 bedrooms with a total of 5 beds and a sofa bed that can be turned into a double bed
- 2 bathrooms, one with a bath, one with a shower
- Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, convection oven
- Washer and dryer
- Satellite TV system, 42 inch flat screen TV, DVD player with a selection of our favorite films should you plan a quiet evening or the rain intervenes.

Es war eine Top Ferienwohnung. Alles war vorhanden und die Aufteilung war wunderbar.

schönes Haus

Wir waren eigentlich voll zufrieden. Die Angaben stimmen fast alle mit dem Angebot überein. Einziger Nachteil war der sehr sehr schlechte Wlan-Anschluß - 0,2-0,3 Mbit/s. Man mußte schon Urlaub haben lol - um eine Seite aufzurufen. Da wir unsere tgl. Ausflüge im Internet auf dem Laptop (Bildgröße) vorbereiten wollten, war es sehr zeitaufwendig. Die Besitzerin die wir daraufhin angesprochen haben, interessierte das wenig. Das genaue Gegenteil war die Familie, die das Haus beaufsichtigte und in Ordnung hielt. Denen ein großes Lob.

Schönes Ferienhaus

Unsere Familie (4 Erwachsene) hat sich sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Terasse mit dem tollen Blick auf die Berge haben wir sehr genossen. An der Ausstattung des Hauses hat nichts gefehlt. Die Betreuung vor Ort war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus- Empfehlung!

Das Haus ist wie beschrieben und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Nachbarn sind sehr nett und haben uns bei allen Fragen weitergeholfen. Im Ort befinden sich ein gut sortierter Supermarkt (einkaufen zu Fuß kein Problem), ein Bäcker, einige Gaststätten, sowie ein Freibad. Sehr gut gefallen hat uns das Naturfreibad am Tristacher See. Wir würden jederzeit wieder in diesem Haus unsere Ferien verbringen.
