On the ground floor there is a large living room with a comfortable sitting area and fireplace, satellite TV and Wi-Fi. In addition to the dining table, you will find a complete kitchen, which includes a refrigerator and a dishwasher. In addition to a classic coffee machine, a Senseo coffee machine is also available. A special wooden floor not only ensures an appealing ambience, but thanks to underfloor heating - as in the other rooms - warm feet. And thanks to the automatic blinds, you can individually limit the amount of daylight. Directly from the living room you reach the large south-facing terrace where you can sunbathe and directly onto a wide fens with sheep - "Fenne" is the Frisian term for "pasture land" - as well as the small Lister church. There is also a garden area. In addition to the living room you will find on the ground floor also a toilet with shower area. In the upper part of your feel-good domicile there are four bedrooms with a total of seven beds; two of the rooms have wall mounted TVs. A spacious bathroom with bathtub, separate shower and washing machine completes the premises. Directly in front of the house "Fennenblick" is a parking space reserved for you. Welcome to List, the northernmost town on the island of Sylt. In a quiet residential area near the Lister harbor lies the house Fennenblick, a well-kept brick building in a bright, modern style for up to six people. In front of the house is a parking space. The maritime Lister harbor with its numerous excursions to the seal banks and the Danish island of Rømø is only a few minutes' walk away.
