The apartment has a balcony and a small conservatory.   The apartment is allergy-friendly equipped - we have renounced carpets; the pillows, comforters and mattress covers are washable.   On the couch in the lounge can sleep in exceptional cases, 2 children.   We value natural building materials and have therefore built with a lot of wood. The apartment is furnished with solid wood furniture.   The apartment is heated by a cozy tiled stove (the firing is done by us from our apartment) or a floor heating.   We have equipped the apartment with a satellite TV / DVD, a stereo system with radio, CD and DVD function and a direct dial telephone. You can access the internet via WLAN.   In the entrance area, a workstation with a laptop is available for surfing. This is equipped with a Windows Live Family Filter. The total area of ​​the apartment is about 70 square meters.   With an occupancy of 2 people, the upper bedroom can be separated, the living space is then about 55 square meters.   Bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided by us.

Our small village in the municipality of Hiltpoltstein is an ideal starting point for wonderful hikes, climbing or cycling tours, day trips to Nuremberg, Bayreuth or Bamberg. In the vicinity you will find various indoor and outdoor pools, as well as adventure and thermal baths. Numerous adventure and leisure parks, such. B. Playmobil Fun Park, Schloss Thurn, Geiselwind etc. are minutes away by car from us in about 30 minutes to 60 seconds.   We run a organic farm, biodynamic run arable farm (organic operation) and since we live in the country, you may bring your pets on request.
