De foto's komen niet overeen met de werklijkheid. Klein, geen verwarming, Wi-Fi word savonds afgezet

Er is geen gratis parking. Alleen als je veel geluk hebt kan je in de buurt gratis parkeren. Het is heel klein, je kan niet in zetel gaan zitten want hier is een dunne matras opgelegd als bed. Geen overgordijnen voorzien in woonkamer. In slaapkamer en badkamer zijn helemaal geen gordijnen aanwezig. Verwarming kon je ook zelf niet opzetten. Wi-Fi werd savonds afgezet.

Die Lage war gut aber es war sehr,sehr laut . Ohne Stöpsel geht gar nichts . Einige Sachen müssten auch einfach mal erneuert werden . Die alten Fußmatten im Bad stammen definitiv aus dem 70ern , fand ich echt ekelig. Der Duschvorhang war auch grenzwertig , die meisten Fugen im Bad lagen frei . Die Deckenbeleuchtungen reichen nicht zum Lesen , die Amaturen im Bad fielen ab , Warmwasser war nur schwer einzustellen . Es waren einfach viele Kleinigkeiten die den Gesamteindruck verschlechtert haben . Kleinigkeiten die leicht zu beheben wären . Die Vermieter haben wir erst Sonntag kennengelernt und sie waren ausgesprochen freundlich . Auch die Schlüsselübergabe und die Kommunikation im Vorfeld hat sehr gut geklappt. Ie Wohnung ist kein hoffnungsloser Fall aber man müsste einfach ein wenig investieren . Die Küchengeräte waren aber alle neu .

Für Leute die eine gut gelegene Unterkunft ohne viel Schnickschnack suchen ist die Unterkunft super. Preis-Leistung passt und der Gastgeber war super nett und freundlich.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt nicht weit vom Zentrum entfernt, alles sehr gut fußläufig zu erreichen

Basic accommodation which is meticulously clean.

The owners are most friendly and helpful in giving advice and suggestions. If you are used to the noise of traffic, then this property will suite you. We wish the property owners all the best in expanding their small business.
