Located in a quite gated community just off 192 in Kissimmee. It has 1797 sq. ft of living space, rear lakeview and an attached garage.

Disney parks are only 4 miles away. Restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy, shopping, entertainment are also close by.

After a day in the parks or shopping, relax in the Compass Bay Community heated pool (just 5 mins walking), take a drink or prepare a barbecue in the patio area while enjoying the lake view!

Great location close to everything - e.g. groceries, stuff to do, etc. Pool was clean and close by for walking if you don't have access to a car. Safe with the gated community.

Great location

This property was spacious and clean. The owner was very quick to awnser questions. The location is close for shopping, dining and Disney. Would definitely choose this property again.

Perfection

The property is exactly as it is described! Conveniently located in Orlando to everything. The house itself is amazing, everything you could ask for in a home away from home. It was so clean inside and out. The owner gave very clear directions to the property, how to get in and even for departure day. If you are traveling with little ones there is a book/block closet if you forget the night time read. The amount of beach/pool towels was really nice too. I usually pack ours and did this time but didn't need them. If you drive your own car down, stop and buy a sunpass or bring lots of change for the tolls :) thank you for providing the best stay in Orlando for my little family!
