The comfortable well-kept apartment is located in the basement in the house of the landlord. It has about 55 m² and is divided into a living room, a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. The small kitchen has a 2-plate stove, a fridge-freezer, coffee maker, kettle and a microwave. The bathroom with shower and toilet belongs to the apartment as well as the seating corner in the garden with barbecue and the car park at the house. The initial bed linen is included, please bring your own towels or book for € 4.50 per person (towel package consists of 2 small towels and 1 bath towel). If a cot is required instead of one of the single beds, please notify the landlord.
