About this property

Stand-alone 220 m² holiday home and sauna house right on the water with a view of Rügen. With its special location between Stralsund and Greifswald, the islands of Rügen and Usedom with their wide sandy beaches can be reached in 30 minutes. accessible by car. A rowing boat and a sauna in the sauna house are available to tenants on site from February 2018. The entire approximately 3000 m² property is fenced and partly surrounded by hedges and bushes. In the garden there is a tree / play house for children. On the lake side there is a large terrace with a barbecue.

Toller Ort

Alles in allem war es ein toller Aufenthalt und wir konnten die Zeit sehr genießen. Anreise, Abreise, Kommunikation, Ausstattung und Sauberkeit waren sehr gut. Als einzigen Wunsch würde ich mir für das nächste Mal etwas mehr Feuerholz wünschen.

Erholung pur

Die Großfamilie hat die Zeit sehr genossen. Das Haus ist wunderbar ausgestattet. Es mangelt nicht an Mobiliar, Besteck, Töpfen oder technischen Geräten. Zwei Kleinigkeiten müssen Gäste wissen: 1. Man hat keinen Zugriff auf das WLAN. Das ist heutzutage ungewöhnlich. 2. Es gibt 2 Toiletten, beide in die Bäder integriert. Da muss man sich schon sehr mögen! Das Haus ist ansonsten wundervoll. Sehr schön gelegen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Sehenswürdigkeiten ganz in der Nähe. Absolute Ruhe. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit.

Beautiful holiday

We had a very cosy weekend with the family after a patient handover of the house. The house has a great location with a very impressive view of the water in front of the door. The bedrooms were very cosy. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a fireplace in the living room to make an additional fire. Thanks to the whole team!

Schöne gemütliche Woche

Wir haben eine entspannte Woche in diesem schönen Ferienhaus verbracht. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und 5 Kinder. Das Wohnzimmer ist ausreichend groß für eine Gruppe und sehr gemütlich. Den Kamin haben wir sehr genossen. Für das schöne Saunahaus hatten wir leider gar keine Zeit, weil wir viel unterwegs waren. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in ein paar Autominuten gut zu erreichen. Man bekommt alles was man braucht. Alles in einem eine super entspannte Woche für uns alle :-)
