This beautiful semi-detached house under thatch (approx. 100 sqm living space) is on the outskirts of the new holiday resort Mariannenweg, which was completed in autumn 2016. The complex includes a volleyball court, a children's playground with table tennis and a parking lot with dedicated parking spaces.

On the tiled ground floor of the house there is a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a small utility room and the spacious living / dining room with an open kitchen area.
The kitchen is well equipped with a large fridge with freezer, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, coffee machine, waffle maker, kettle and toaster. A raclette grill and an electric grill for the terrace are available for cozy evenings together.
The living room has, among other things, a large flat screen TV, a DVD / Blue Ray player and a digital radio with Bluetooth function.
From the living / dining area you can go directly to the south-west terrace equipped with seating, sun loungers and a beach chair.

In the also tiled 1st Upstairs there is another bathroom with a bathtub and two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds). A sauna (infrared cabin) invites you to relax. A washing machine is also available.
An open staircase leads to the attic where the third bedroom with two single beds is located. All bedrooms are equipped with flat TVs.
A travel cot with separate mattress and a highchair are available free of charge for younger guests. In the garden house you will find a handcart for relaxed trips to the beach or to the town center.
The entire house is of high quality and modern furnishings and has free WiFi.

Upon arrival, a deposit of EUR 250.00 is to be paid in cash or by ec card. If no damage has occurred, the reimbursement will be made by the administrator within 3 working days.
