Perfekte, schöne Wohnung für Ferien oder Geschäftsaufenthalt

Die Wohnung war sehr bequem, funktionell, und alles war sauber und sofort nutzbar. Frau Kuhl hat mir alles gezeigt und erklärt. Es gab viel Platz, zwischen Wohnzimmer, Esszimmer, Küche, Bad-WC, und Schlafzimmer. Sehr schön grosse Fenster liessen viel Tageslicht ein, und alle Fenster haben auch Vorhänge bzw. Rollos zum privatsein. Es gab einen Parkplatz in der Einfahrt, also nicht auf der Strasse. Das Haus selbst war sehr leise, in einer leisen, schönen Nachbarschaft. Nur ein wenige Minuten Laufzeit ist Gehweg in Mitte Natur und Felder, damit man spazierengehen kann. In der Wohnung waren sämtliche Vorkehrungen inkl. Handtücher, Badesachen, Töpfe, Geschirr, Besteck, und mehr. Sogar der Kühlschrank war schon an und kalt als ich ankam - Frau Kuhl dachte an alles! Die Wohning ist etwa 5-10 Minuten Fahrt oder etwa 1.8 km von Hennef Stadtmitte, und etwa 25-30 Minuten von Bonn. Autobahn ist gleich in der Nähe. Insgesamt sehr gut gelegen. Ich würde auf jeden Fall wieder bei Frau Kuhl bleiben, an der Wohnung und Situation würde ich nichts ändern.

Geräumig & gemütlich

Sehr liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtete, geräumige Ferienwohnung. Es ist wirklich alles für den täglichen Gebrauch vorhanden, einfach "einziehen" und sich wohlfühlen. Sehr nette & hilfsbereite, immer erreichbare Vermieterin. Jederzeit gerne wieder!

Sehr schöne, helle Ferienwohnung in guter Lage, die keine Wünsche offen lässt

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich Nahe des Stadtzentrums von Hennef, jedoch in einem sehr ruhigen, gepflegten Wohngebiet. Ein eigener Stellplatz ist direkt am Haus. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet - Laminatboden, Fußbodenheizung, bequeme Betten mit guten Matrazen, volleingerichtete Küche (Backofen, 4 Plattenherd, Gefrierkombi, Mikrowelle) mit hochwertigem Geschirr. Das Tageslichtbad mit Wanne hat ein großes Fenster und das WC ist separat. Hochwertige Handtücher sind in allen Größen und in ausreichender Zahl vorhanden. Im Wohnbereich befindet sich eine gemütliche Essecke für das morgentliche Frühstück oder ein Glas Wein am Abend. Wir finden die Wohnung sowohl als Ferienwohnung geeignet, als auch für jemanden, der für mehrere Wochen beruflich in der Gegend zu tun hat. Man kann hier nicht nur Urlaub machen, sondern auch wohnen. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin im Vorfeld war absolut unkompliziert. Dass wir mit Kind reisen, war kein Problem, da wir die Ankunftzeit mit ihr einfach absprechen konnten. Wir wurden von Frau Kuhl herzlich empfangen - es standen 2 Flaschen gekühltes Sprudelwasser für uns bereit. Für den Morgen konnten wir Brötchen bei ihr bestellen, was wir sehr gerne annahmen. Sie stellte uns zwei Schlüssel zur Verfügung, was uns unsere Unternehmungen beim Aufenthalt sehr erleichterte. Ihr Angebot, uns einfach zu melden, wenn etwas fehlen sollte, mussten wir ausschlagen - es gab rein gar nichts, was man hier vermissen könnte :-)
