The house is located on the south-western side of the island of Vir and is about a 10-minute walk from the beach. For those who want to spend their vacation in peace and without the noise of summer tourism, an ideal choice.

The house has a living space of approx. 90 m² and consists of a living room, 3 bedrooms, kitchen with dining table, bathroom with shower, hallway, large terrace, parking spaces and a 1000 m² garden. It offers enough space for 6 people. From the 35 m² covered terrace, you have a fantastic view of the sea, and outside there is a grill and several parking spaces available.

In the center of the island there are many leisure activities, cafes, restaurants and shops to choose from. In addition, there are attractive excursions, such as B. Visits to historic cities such as Nin and Zadar, visits to various national parks and waterfalls such as Plitvice Lakes and Paklenica National Park, sailing tours, island hopping to the neighboring islands and much more.

Hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Wir haben die letzte Oktoberwoche auf Vir verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und alle wichtigen Einrichtungsgegenstände sind vorhanden und funktionieren einwandfrei. Das Haus wirkt sehr neu eingerichtet. Es hat keine Heizung, aber mit den ausreichend vorhandenen Heizlüftern bekommt man es kuschlig warm.´ Vir ist eine sehr schöne Insel und die gesamte Gegend ist definitiv ein Besuch wert. Das Haus steht relativ frei und ist noch nicht komplett eingebaut. Das ist auf der einen Seite schön, auf der anderen besteht auch die Gefahr, dass in Umgebung gebaut wird. Bei uns war es zumindest so. Sollte man lärmempfindlich sein, so empfiehlt es sich dies vorher irgenwie in Erfahrung zu bringen.

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Klares Wasser, saubere Strände, schönstes Wetter und eine Haus mit wundervollem Ausblick. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt dort Ende September sehr genießen können. Die Insel Vir bietet leider kein besonderes Ambiente, kulturell ist leider wenig los, landschaftlich ist die Insel aber sehr schön. Dennoch ist auf der Insel alles zu bekommen, was man zum Leben braucht. Ein Auto ist aber notwendig. Die Strände sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen und v.a. in der Nachsaison wenig besucht. Am besten hat uns die große Veranda am Haus gefallen. Hier lässt es sich wunderbar faulenzen oder abends grillen. Der Garten war für unseren Hund riesig groß - leider aber nicht "komplett" eingezäunt. Im Haus selbst fehlt es an nichts, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und alles war sehr sauber. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war/ist super und unkompliziert - so sollte es immer sein!

Schönes Haus, ruhige Lage

Das Haus liegt etwas abgelegen im Grünen mit Blick aufs Meer, sowas hatten wir gesucht. Das Haus war wunderbar sauber und der Empfang sehr nett. Auch der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war jederzeit perfekt und freundlich. Die Ausstattung des Ferienhauses ist sehr gut, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Sehr gut fanden wir auch die Insektengitter vor den Fenstern. Auf der Terrasse kann man auch bei schlechtem Wetter wunderbar trocken sitzen. Auch die Nachbarschaft ist sehr freundlich. Man ist schnell zu Fuß am Strand und mit dem Auto findet man im Zentrum der Insel einige Märkte zum Einkaufen und auch Restaurants und Strandbars. Die Lage der Insel ist optimal um weitere Ausflüge zu machen. Wir waren z. B. an den Plitvicer Seen, in Nin, Zadar und auf der Insel Pag.

Perfekter Zufluchtsort - weg vom Massentourismus

Das Ferienhaus liegt ein wenig abseits vom Zentrum der Insel Vir. Wer ein wenig Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Das Haus liegt ein wenig Abseits, hat aber auch alles was man braucht: Schön große Terrasse die zum Verweilen einlädt, vollausgestattete Küche, Bad und Zimmer. Die Zimmer sind rustikal eingerichtet, insgesamt aber sauber und gepflegt. Trotzdem ist man nicht von der Welt abgeschnitten: Zu Fuß ist man in ~15 Minuten am Strand (je nachdem wo man hingeht, gibt es sogar eine kleine Strandbar). Mit dem Auto ist man in wenigen Minuten im Zentrum der Insel. Dort findet man einen Supermarkt, Metzgerei, frischen Fisch und etliche Restaurants.

sauber und gepfelgt

Fußläufig binnen 12 Min am Strand. Unterkunft sehr sauber und gepflegt, alle Küchenutensilien sind vorhanden um eine 6 köpfige Familie mit Hausmannskost zu verwöhnen. Fantastische Terrasse mit Blick zum Meer. In der Bäckerei gibt's super knackige Brötchen und im "Eurospar" in Zadar bekommt man auch die Dinge, welche die Kinder mögen (den richtigen Kakao und Nutella :-) ). Werden sicherlich das Haus nochmal mieten.
