About this property

Located on the A3 motorway in a quiet location near Lake Erlenhof near the forest, the approximately 50sqm, completely renovated and modernly equipped apartment is located in the basement of our house. Ideally suited for business stays or short breaks. Book your stay from € 40 with free use of the WiFi network, fully equipped kitchen (fridge, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, dishes, cutlery, ironing board and iron, washing machine), bedroom with a heated water bed, Living room with desk and flat screen TV, spacious hallway with wardrobe and luggage rack and modern bathroom with flat shower tray. Bed linen is changed weekly; We changed towels every three days free of charge. A basic set of spices and coffee filters can be used free of charge. Each guest receives a pair of felt slippers during their stay, which they are welcome to take home with them. In the bathroom there is an initial set of soap, shower gel and hair shampoo. When you start your stay you will receive a bottle of mineral water on the house. Free parking spaces are located in the street or at the roundabout. Should you also have a wish; please let us know.

Kurzer aber super Aufenthalt

Wir waren nur ein kurzes Wochenende in der Wohnung. Aber wir fanden eine super moderne und sehr saubere Wohnung vor. Auch die Vermieter super nett ..wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt und auch der Brötchen Service war mega. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall... Wie versprochen... wieder.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Ich habe mich in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und ein Wasserbett ist auch nicht selbstverständlich. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett , am Wochenende sorgt er für frische Brötchen. Ein toller Service!
