We have small holiday apartments for 2 people each with a balcony and a mountain view.
Right in the heart of Garmisch.

The enchanting world of the mountains will delight you in every season and tempt you to do many things.
In a few meters you can reach excellent inns, dining and dance halls and supermarkets from our house. Thanks to our central location in the heart of Garmisch-Partenkirchen, a visit to the theater or concert is also easy to do on foot. You can park your car in our own, locked parking lot.
A bus stop is 50 meters away.

The most beautiful hiking trails and mountain railways as well as the indoor swimming pool, ice rink and tennis courts can be found almost on our doorstep. Enjoy the wonderful view of the impressive mountain panorama of the Alps from your balcony. You will also find that the constant weather and climate in Garmisch, where it is always two to three degrees warmer than in the surrounding area, will help you relax.

Wonderful stay with a helpful host!

Beautiful view of the mountains and a short walk to the lift up to the ski slopes. Close to lots of food options and the bus.

Romantic and Active Getaway

We spent an amazing week in this property. The property owner lives onsite and was extremely helpful, easy to work with, and very quick to respond. He speaks German and English and is very knowledgeable about the area. The entire property is immaculate and is within 10 minute walking distance to the Fussgehzone where you find amazing bakeries, butchers, restaurants and shopping. There is a bus stop very near to the property as well if you choose to take the bus to the ski jump area or take a 15 minute walk to the Zugspitz train and grocery store. We did not cook in the apartment but it was stocked with basic kitchen needs. There are several apartments to choose from and we would stay in any of the apartments on our next visit. We will definitely be back!
