Town house with a large roof line and a dream view over Arta

The house was completely renovated in early 2016, with great emphasis on comfort and design. The living area is 75 square meters. On the roof there is a large sun terrace (70sqm) with a fantastic view over Arta and the surrounding mountains. The living area is entered into a spacious living room with an open dining area. In the fully equipped kitchen you will find a gas hob, oven with microwave, dishwasher, fridge with large freezer, kettle, pots, pans etc. A Nespresso coffee machine is available for coffee lovers.
From the kitchen and the living / dining area you get directly into a patio, which invites you to eat or linger with its great view over the church of Arta and the mountains. There is also a small dining table with chairs here. The bedroom, the reading room and the bathroom are separate. If desired, two additional beds can be set up in the reading room for a fee. The bathroom has a rainforest shower, toilet and sink. Hand and shower towels and a hair dryer are also available. From the bedroom you have a great view over the mountains and the city through the floor-to-ceiling window. The comfortable double bed (1.80cm x 2.00cm) ensures a restful sleep.
There is air conditioning in the house (cold / warm). In addition, there is a pellet stove in the living room for comfort. When using the stove there is an additional surcharge of € 5 per day. There is no central heating for all rooms. The house is located in the city center. All shops such as pharmacies, supermarkets, bakeries etc. as well as a large selection of bars and restaurants are within walking distance. Public parking spaces are in front of the house.
