Zingst - a perfect place to shell out - and collect beautiful moments! Appartementhaus Zingst - where your time becomes the best!   Modern equipment meets coziness. Your best time of the year starts here. After a nice day at the beach sit under our old pasture - just lovely!   The apartment house was completely modernized in 2017! The very well maintained guest house is located near the center - but still in a quiet location of Zingst. You go to the beach or Bodden for about 10 minutes. After 3 minutes walk you are at the beginning of the popular pedestrian zone. The 6 apartments for 2 to 4 people are modern and comfortably furnished. These include: dishwasher, induction hob, fridge freezer, satellite TV, HIFI system with Bluetooth, separate bedroom (except app 5) with double beds and mattresses with viscoelastic layer for a comfortable sleep, kitchen with dining area, 1 fly screen in each Room, sep. Bathrooms with window, shower and toilet. All bedrooms and living room with extra beds are to be darkened.   Included: 1 car parking space per apartment and sufficient bike rack on the property, W-LAN, highchair and cot on availability, including the additional costs for: electricity, water, sewage and gas, use of the garden with barbecue and seating.

Cleaning costs incl. Consumption costs and starter kit (toilet paper, kitchen paper, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, tea towel, sponge, rag).  Additional services:

Bed linen per person: 10 €
Towel package per person: 10 € (towel, bath towel and bath mat)
