Nicely renovated condo 2 minute walk to the beautiful Cocoa Beach. The colorful beach decor inside will make you feel like you were already at the beach. This is a light and cheery corner unit with easy access to courtyard and parking. Condo is fully furnished with all the comforts required for a day or a week at the beach. Small complex, only 14 units. Everything inside the condo is new including beds, flooring, furniture, air conditioning and all appliances. Great unit, great location for that Florida beach community lifestyle! Condo has a wonderful courtyard for relaxing after a day at the beach.
